Peanut butter protein bites! I shared a quick tutorial for how to make this recipe on Instagram stories a couple of weeks ago, but wanted to document it here for those of you who didn't screenshot it, or would like to reference back later! I love these for a little mid afternoon snack, or for a dessert after dinner, and my kids and husband love them too! Here's the recipe:
2 cups oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup water
2 scoops protein powder
1/4 cup mix-ins (cacao nibs, coconut, chopped nuts - whatever!!)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until they are combined. Portion out with a tablespoon and roll into balls, and keep in the fridge or freezer.
Recipe should make around 18, eat 2 per serving.
